Hot and Spicy...

I spent my Waitangi Day making Tomato sauce. I don't usually make it in the heat of summer - I prefer to make it in the Winter. And when I make it I wonder why I do as I am the only one in my family that likes it. My kids and grand kids prefer Watties!!!

I can't wait to try it.... yum!
