I received this gorgeous stocking from my upline Jacque. Its made from SU fabric. I had it hanging on my fireplace at Christmas but Santa forgot to put something in it lol.

I'm turning green...

Here's an engagement card that I made for my dil's brother and his fiance. I had seen a card like this (sorry I can't remember whose it was) but done"white on white" but as my card was not for a wedding I went to my stash and I used the first colour that I saw. I don't often use green as its not one of my colours so it was a bit of a challenge!!! I was quite pleased with the finished card tho.

Mum's 70th Birthday Card

It was my mum's birthday on Sunday. She turned 70! I know... She doesn't look 70 and certainly doesn't act like a 70 year old. She plays tennis 2-3 times a week and does zumba twice a week, is not on any pills - in fact she puts alot of 50 year olds to shame with her fitness and health.
I have CASED her card from Becky Roberts (Inking Idaho).


Mum loved it. I wish the photo was better as it looks so much better in real life!!

10th Birthday Card

Forgot to post a pic of Shyanne's 10th birthday card. I left it to the last minute (again) so have kept it simple. Bit of embossing and punching and its done. I love using bright pink and orange together. Gosh years ago that would have been a real no no. Funny thing is that I bought her a top the other day and it is bright pink and orange and it looks fab on her.

Teachers Gifts

I know its the New Year but I didn't blog much in past month so I am playing catch up. This is what I made my grandys teachers for their end of year gift. A tried and true gift - chocolate brownie in a jar. The card is a CASE from one that I received from Jackie Hardy in Florida - its just the cutest thing!

CA Ornament Swap

For the first couple of weeks in December I could not wait to go to my mail box to see what was in there. I participated in a Christmas Ornament Swap with 9 lovely ladies from Crafters Anonymous. We all made 10 ornaments and then on the 1 December we posted one to each of the other 9 ladies. It was very exciting... and I received 9 fabulous ornaments. Thanks to each and everyone of you for making this such a fun thing.
