Kristine was the teacher last night at the Monday night online class for Crafters Anonymous. We made the cutest little tissue box. In fact, its so cute I made two! And they are refillable.

I used a wheel stamp for the box on the left and I did the "baby wipe" technique for the box on the right.

July Mini Challenge

Our mini challenge for July at Crafters Anonymous was to do a scrapbook layout with Christmas as the theme. I had ideas in my head to do a page on my decorations... I couldn't get any of them to work so I did one of our Christmas tree. As usual I didn't have the right coloured 12 x 12 (mind you purple is my fav colour so it is always the first to be used..) so I went with a 8 x 8 size. As you can see I am not the traditional red and green girl - my tree is purple and silver. I'm reasonably happy with the finished look apart from the silver Kindy glitz.. it would be good if it would come out of bottle evenly....

Pinterest Tuesday Challenge

I love this idea of keeping your toothbrush and paste together rather than them floating around in the bottom of your toilet bag (or in my case a plastic grocery bag - I find them easier to fit into my suitcase rather than a bulky bag). This took me all of 10 minutes to make.. its not the best example as I used an old face cloth and nothing was even... I tried to shush it up with some ribbon trim but its a bit wonky.. never mind you get the gist of what its meant to be.

Two Pocket Treat Holder

It was my turn to take the Monday night Online class at Crafters Anonymous and this is what I taught. It takes all of five minutes to make... Quick and simple is the key for me at the moment. I made it as an 8" x 8" size but I also have done it as a 6" x 6" which is a good way to use up retired papers.
